Overview
Due to the narrow kitchen of the above canteen, the storage space was separately installed outside.
Cooking and working spaces were arranged behind the distribution table to streamline the movement.
The evading space was placed at the left end of the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination and streamline the flow.
The above store is a separate kitchen from leaving and serving, so that the employees' movements do not overlap.
