Overview
The above canteen placed the table refrigerator outside the kitchen to reduce the movement of the hall staff.
By separating the outgoing and distributing lines, it was possible to become a hygienic kitchen.
Pre-treatment cleaning stations were arranged separately to solve the convenience and hygiene problems of workers.
The cooking space is behind the central work space, making the cooking line easy.
