Overview
The above canteen is equipped with cooking equipment by the window to allow good ventilation.
Sufficient storage space was created so that fresh ingredients could be stored.
The main kitchen and the auxiliary kitchen were separated so that there was no interference between workers.
It can be used hygienically by separating the cooking line and the washing line.
