The above cafeteria is a kalguksu restaurant kitchen with the most cooking lines due to its kitchen structure
As a space was needed, it was placed in the largest space at the back of the kitchen.
The food is prepared by placing the food distribution space above the cooking space
It was arranged so that it could be distributed with minimal movement.
The eviction area is located on the left side of the feeding area
Cross-contamination prevention and movement lines were improved.
